Conditions

Prices and minimum stay

Prices for our apartments are available on request. During the main season and high seasons, a minimum stay of five to seven nights applies, depending on the period. Outside of these periods, there is no minimum stay requirement.

Tourist tax

A tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night is charged separately. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Booking and deposit

For direct bookings, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. For bookings made through external booking platforms, the deposit is 50%.
The remaining balance is payable at check-in. Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit card or credit card.

Security deposit

A security deposit is required for direct bookings. The exact amount and payment terms will be provided during the booking process.

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation charges apply:
- up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50%
- 14 to 3 days before arrival: 70%
- from 2 days before arrival: 100%

For additional peace of mind before your trip, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance..

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available between 3 pm and 4 pm. If you expect to arrive after 7 pm, please let us know in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 am.
Late check-in and check-out are available by prior arrangement and for an additional charge.

Children and extra beds

Discounts are available for children. A cot or an extra bed can be provided for an additional charge.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted as our apartments are newly built.

Final cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the price of your stay. Any missing items or additional costs incurred upon departure will be charged for.
